About The Club
Located “In the heart of the Florida Keys“, the Cabana Club is a Membership Only
swim club catering to visitors and residents alike.
Since 1979 the Cabana Club has been the favorite place for locals and visitors to relax and unwind. Many generations have fond memories of vacations at the Club.
We take pride in watching our children grow up and eventually bring their own families back home to the club. There are no strangers here, only friends that haven’t met.
The Club offers
Private Sandy Beach
This span of private beach is a perfect place to lounge under a palm tree, soak up the tropical sun and play in the Ocean.
Dining
The Cabana servers offer your favorite cocktails and full service menu served to you pool side or while relaxing in our lounge.
Beach Shop
The Beach Shop is the perfect place to get your favorite snack, tropical drink, ice cream or frozen smoothie. We also have all the little necessities for your day at the beach; sunscreen, towels, water toys for the kids, as well as a large selection of Cabana wear & Island art.
A Note to Vacationers
A Guest Pass MUST be submitted to our office upon or before your arrival to the Cabana Club, make sure your rental agent/property manager provides you with this pass or contacts us prior to your entry to the club.
65' Heated / Cooled Pool
For those who also enjoy a fresh water pool, the Cabana Club offers you a 65’ long heated/cooled pool that awaits you during those long hot days of summer and those cool evenings of winter.
Bar
Our Cabana Club Bar offers a full selection of adult libations, delicious food, and you’ll also find 3 flat screen tv’s and a big screen tv for your favorite sports, weather or news.

Membership Explanation
Memberships are only available to home-owners in Key Colony Beach, and are assigned to a residential address. A duplex constitutes two addresses thus a membership covers one-half duplex only. Those renting multiple residences; each rental must have its own membership for ANY of the vacationers to be eligible.
We ask that all visitors kindly respect the following Cabana Club Guidelines:
- All babies must be properly diapered in a swim diaper to enter the pool.
- Absolutely no food or beverages can be brought inside the club.
- No boats or Jet Skis can be brought into the Cabana Club Ocean Swim Area
- Must be 16 or older to enter the Hot Tub
- Children must be over 14 years old to come into the Club without a parent.
- No fishing or lobstering allowed from our beach.
